4 steps to public sector grants

The Government has announced an extra £7million for solar PV with in the Low Carbon Building Programme Phase II grant. This is great news for public sector organisations wanting to have a solar PV installation. It is hoped the extra money will mean that applications will be accepted until June 2009. However our advice is apply now - so get in touch today!

The Low Carbon Building Programme Phase II offers grants of up to 50% of installation costs for all public sector organisations while match-funding of 50% is available from other organisations, which means virtually free installations for the following:

  • Schools
  • Universities and colleges
  • Local authorities
  • Community groups
  • Housing associations and trusts
  • Hospitals
  • Libraries
  • Public service organisations
  • Charities
  • Environmental trusts
  • Community Amateur Sports Clubs

  1. Book us for a site survey* and we will supply a quote
  2. Use our quote to apply for a LCBP grant of up to 50% and optionally apply for 50% match funding
  3. Apply for planning permission (we will help you with this process)
  4. Book the installation date and Plug into the Sun!
