If you are a community group, school or not for profit organisation then you might be eligible to apply for funding from the following:
"Our Awards for All programme aims to help improve local communities and the lives of people most in need. Awards are between £300 and £10,000 to fund a specific project or activity. Organisations can receive up to a maximum of £10,000 from Awards for All in any one year period."
Scottish Power - Green energy trust
"The Trust can provide up to 50% of the project costs up to a maximum or £25,000 but most projects receive around £10,000. The Scottish Power Green Energy Trust supports small scale community based environmental and educational renewable energy projects."
"The Green Fund helps to support renewable energy projects for non-profit organisations across the UK. So far we have awarded £4.6 million to 260 community projects across the UK since 2001."
