Objective
The objective was to offset carbon dioxide in order to become carbon neutral.
Funding
The installation has been funded using the Low Carbon Building Program Phase I grant of £2500.
Installation
The installation uses the Intersole semi roof integrated system, which means the panels sit flush with the slates. The system is watertight, removing the need for slates under the panels. This worked well for this installation as the barn needed re-roofing and hence a saving was made on slating costs.
